OASIS stands for "OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT INFORMATION SET", it's a data collection and submission tool used by home health agencies and nurses to report performance data about their patients receiving home health services to Medicare for continuous review quality review.

DOES THIS TEACH ME HOW TO assess and complete OASIS documentation FOR ANY TYPE OF PATIENT DURING ANY TYPE OF OASIS ASSESSMENT?

I'm going to get you as close as possible to the "perfect OASIS assessment and documentation completion". After years of working on OASIS assessments and documentation for myself then moving into the agency and individual private student spaces and working on dozens of nurses' OASIS assessments and documentation, one of the biggest problems I saw was the lack of actual acknowledgement of nurses "knowledge-gaps" when transitioning to home health, along with the nurses feeling judged if/when they spoke up about needing more help or not understanding, even though they more than likely hadn't had proper training to feel confident. That's why I created the OHNC. So as a home health nurse you for once will have the opportunity to take stock in what you know and don't, get one-to-one training in a way that works for your learning needs, covering the exact topics you need additional help with.  I'm not going to leave you hanging—after you get through selecting your call bundle, then we'll discuss it and envision it through to ensure that it's the right choice for what you need to learn to feel confident and to protect yourself.

HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE ME TO DO?

Your call bundle can last as long as you need to feel confident.  Will you learn EVERYTHING in one day? NOPE! Because I don't believe in that, and if someone's telling you that makes for career advancement, I want to see their nursing license track record and list of past agency employers...point, blank, and the period! :)

Sure, I'm handing over loads of information, knowledge, and interventions, but the POINT of OASIS assessments and documentation is that it's a real time assessment and communication of your patients overall health, starting health status, progression of health status while receiving home health care, and their ending results after receiving home health services from you and your agency.

Instead, give me your full attention and focus during our calls, and you'll leave with OASIS assessment and documentation techniques of a home health nursing pro! 

HOW DOES COMMUNICATION WORK INSIDE OF THIS PROGRAM?

You'll have 24/7 access to me via email, to ask any quick questions.  However, in order to have your more detailed questions answered, you'll need to schedule a call. 

I DON'T KNOW IF THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME. CAN I JOIN ANYTIME?

Doors are open and you are welcome to complete a NO-OBLIGATION application at anytime!

However, I can't guarantee that you'll be accepted as this is a "first-come first-served" program, and once my set number of spots are full the acceptance of new nurses will be closed until new spots open.  If now isn't good, come back when the time is right, but if you miss the "Accepting New Applicants Window", we don't have a set time for new spaces to become available.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE?

After your purchase, you’ll get sent a link to schedule your call with me, and all of my contact information.  After our first session (if you've selected more than one call) I'll get you set-up with what you need to get started (homework ,coursework, etc.), and we'll work at your pace within your package timeframe.
